Deja Vu

Have any of y'all seen the new Palm Pre commercial out there? The one where the woman with the procelin skin is talking about a juggler.

You know, this one.

Am I the only one that finds this commercial a little creepy?

At first, I thought it was a cool idea for an ad. It grabs your attention and somehow manages to hold it while you wait to see what's going to happen. It's different than all the other ADD commercials out there that jump around from frame to frame, making quick cuts to hold our attention.

But the more I see it the more that woman gives me the willies.

Her skin is so perfect it looks plastic. Did she just jump out of a painting or something?

And that voice is just a little too perfect too. It's like she's trying to put me into a trance.

I can't decide if I love it or hate it. Either way, when it comes on, I just can't look away.
